“Michael picked up my motorcycle in the French Quarter and transported it to Hall's Motorsport over in Harvey, really getting me out of a bind during the week of Thanksgiving. He was friendly and professional, and kept me in the loop the whole way. Really saved my bacon and treated my motorcycle as if it were his own. Would highly recommend! Also, very reasonably priced.”

“I have had the Opportunity to meet one of the Best customers service person ever in Towing. I take the time to mention this young man name because his Customers Service Skills are amazing. My Car had been sitting in my drive way for two days and I needed to get to work on this busy Friday. I called around for a few towing service fee, and wasn't satisfied with the quotes. Well I called B&M towing service and was connected to Mr. Michael Charles and when he arrived to my home he greeted me with a smile and said Good Morning Ms. Dunn. I will have you on the road ASAP. “My daughter was stranded in New Orleans at the Jax Brewery parking lot, which is "managed" by premium parking, because a boot was placed on her vehicle for being 15 minutes late past her paid time. She paid to have boots removed the following morning but one was left one stating she damaged it. After 12 hours of trying to call the companies they recommended to assist her, B &M towing and roadside assistance was the only company that had enough compassion to help her. Mike fixed the situation in a matter of an hour. In an area that relies on tourism, it is horrific that this parking facility treats their customers this way. Thank you. Again, to B & M towing for your prompt, courteous help.”

“I called this company and to be honest at first I didn't like the price I have never had my car towed except when my dad was alive and he took care of everything. So anyway I didn't like the price but the guy that answer the phone Mike said I should check around and compare if his price wasn't what I liked so I did and I'm giving him 4 stars because I really didn't know but now I know his price was the most reasonable one out of the 4 other companies I checked with. Now there was a guy cheaper than him but he said I would have to wait for 2 hours. So the lady that came out was amazing and I got home satisfied with the service.
